EVRF® : Endo Venous Radio Frequency
Based on thermocoagulation
In 2009 we have developed the EVRF, to treat small and large veins. Collateral veins, perforating veins, reticular veins and also Saphena Magna can be treated with this new Radiofrequency technique. Catheters of different sizes are designed for handling any type of varicose vein. F care systems has recently developed a probe for an EVRF treatment of hemorrhoids which makes possible the treatment of varicose veins and hemorrhoids with one single device.
The EVRF is based on thermocoagulation. The principle of thermocoagulation is to provide high-frequency vibrations that create a thermal effect. Due to this thermal effect, the vein coagulates without injuring the skin.
